Sky Lakota-Lynch was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 25, 1991. He is of Native American (Haliwa-Saponi) and Ethiopian decent. He graduated from The Neighborhood Playhouse School Of Theatre. He made his debut in the short film "Contagion" and moved to New York City the following year.
