Skipper was born on Veterans Day on Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska to Paul & Margarita Landry. Soon after his father's enlistment was up and they all moved back to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and settled down.Medical issues kept him from attending most of elementary and middle school, but he was eventually was able to attended, and graduate from Calvary Christian School. During his high school years he landed my first job, a cashier at K-mart when he was 15 in his junior year of high school until his first year of college.Skipper then moved to electrical, security and DJ work along side of friends such as Jeff, Chris, Zeke and Lyle as DJ's at local night clubs. He attended Louisiana State University for a time where he eventually failed out three times due to frequenting the student union too much rather than classes.Skipper eventually settled down working as a security and fire alarm technician and still holds an active NICET III Life Safety license. One constant throughout his life was his need to be creative. Early on it manifested through landscaping lawns in his neighborhood, then through building, modifying, restoring and showcasing cars and motorcycles. At one point he bought and restored a 1982 DeLorean DMC12. Soon after his creativity took the form of acting, directing and writing. In 2011, he was introduced to acting by a fluke through his brother-in-law. He soon began taking classes in acting in New Orleans and Baton Rouge and was soon showing up in bit parts in feature films then featured in major motion pictures, TV series, and a few made for TV movies.Moving to acting full time in 2012 has been a major step toward personal fulfillment and entertaining others by telling good stories and even thought he took off 2014 for personal reasons, 2015 is already staging to be a good year on film.
