Simon Gibson works multiple restaurant jobs and is barely keeping his head above water. He is an underdog heading into the JFL callbacks and acknowledges that all of the other comics are more established as performers. Every standup set from Simon is an unplanned high-wire act teetering between hilarious off the cuff bits and genuine moments of confusion from shell shocked audiences. Simon would love to earn a spot in this year's festival and hopes that his best friend and fellow comedian MK Paulsen will be along for the ride. Show less «
