Sarune Urbonaviciene aka Sharune was born in South Lithuania. Both parents are Lithuanians. Since early age she studied music, finished Marijampole Music School in violin specialty and participated in numerous concerts around Europe. As a teenager, she also played drums in a rock band. Her dream of becoming actress came when she was studying in Denmark. Sharune moved to London, UK and shifted her focus on film acting career. She took acting classes with Katie Morgan (The Actor's Surgery), Matt Banister (RADA), Louise O'Leary (Standby Method Acting Studio) and Steve North (The Reel Scene). Her first feature lead was violinist Eva in crime thriller 'Play With Me' (Yezid Jimenez).
