Shannon Formas was born on August 2, 1995 in Huntington, New York, USA. Shannon has two older sisters, Michaela and Cassandra, and one younger sister, Abigail. She attends the State University of New York at Plattsburgh where she is an English Literature and Theatre Major. She is known for her work on The Outcasts (2017) and Old 37 (2015).
