Shah Hussain is a British actor born in Solihull, Birmingham. He is the eldest of three siblings and moved with his family from Birmingham to Slough in county Berkshire just outside West London aged 7.Shah is married to Saima Shaheen and he is a doting father to his three children Zayn, Aila and Mairah. Having graduated with a B.A honors in Criminology and Contemporary Culture from Manchester Metropolitan University, Shah had aspirations to become a Police Officer but fell into working in the Private Security Industry working as a Bodyguard to both celebrity and executive clients.Since 2004 Shah has been practicing Martial Arts namely Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu where he is of Black belt rank and a two time British Champion. He went on to train in Mixed Martial Arts and compete as a Professional fighter in MMA having won a Championship Title on the domestic scene and compete internationally. Having had 26 Pro bouts to his resume, Shah retired from Professional competition in Dec 2018.During the lock down period in the UK, due to Covid-19. Shah was encouraged by a friend who himself was a professional actor, to enter the industry and with own dedication and commitment Shah has gone strength to strength in the industry.
