Shade was the Programming Director for the 26th Annual Olympia Film Festival with guests ranging from "Nothing Lasts Forever" director Tom Schiller and "Holy Mountain" producer Robert Taicher to underground filmmakers Lisa Hammer and Dame Darcy.Shade has appeared on television several times on Bravo's 100 Scariest Movie Moments and 30 Even Scarier Movie Moments and 13 Scariest Movie Moments to a winning ride on an episode of the popular Discovery Channel game show Cash Cab.
