Sebastian Foxworth is the writer/creator/artist of America's first syndicated interracial/blended family comic strip and animated shorts "The Family Blend!" (NNPA, Skanner Publishing, Amazon Prime Video) whose tagline is "A mixed up family living in a mixed up world" or their favorite, "We put the FUN in dysfunctional family." The comic strip and cartoon shorts poke fun at; family life, pop culture and the struggle of old school values vs new school ways. His PG13 animated short "The Family Blend! : Scoobeeman Begins!" has been featured at San Diego Comic Con 2016/17 and Wonder Con 2016/17 Children's Film Festival where he drew large crowds ranging from ages 8-80.A student of Cheyney University's New Media Design/TV & Film Communications Program, He's won numerous awards starting with his first animation "Soccerdad: The Boy Thinks He's Jesus!" which became the basis for "The Family Blend!" comic strip and animated shorts. He's also won and has had numerous nominations for his animation short "The Family Blend X-mas: My Ninja's X-mas!" and various other shorts. Sebastian is always out on the grind of the comic con scene and social media sites bringing the comic strip and animations into the view of the world, meeting his fans and being a guest speaker on panels.Sebastian is hitting the film fest circuits with his award winning Documentary Shorts "The Great American Depression(men)" and "The Great American Depression 2 - I'm Not Crazy" that deals with men and ethnic communities battling depression and his suspense/dramedy short films "Unexpalinable" and "What's The Matter With Mommy" both which have won multiple awards.The awards circuit has been kind to Sebastian as he's won multiple awards for: Animation, Writing, Directing, Editing, Composing and has been nominated for the same categories many times over - including two Mid-Atlantic Regional Emmys for variety programming.Since 2004, Sebastian has been involved in the media game (television, film, digital, press) and has continued to grow his company Foxworth Media to the respectable and entertaining company that it is today.
