There are some fantastic people coming out of film schools, directors and producers, many of whom definitely will make it. It's certainly the first time for a few years where I've found the next generation of film-makers coming into my office are women, which is great. Show less «

We don't expect 50% of the working directors to be female - that's not going to happen, certainly not in my lifetime, but at least let's have a few more female voices out there, a few more visions. Show less «
