Samantha Gandionco was born in Belleville, NJ to Kathleen and Raymund Gandionco. After being turning down a role in the hit show The Sopranos (1999-2007), she ended her acting career for the remainder of her primary education. At the age of 15, Samantha was hired at an Italian ice dessert chain, Rita's, as a production manager. Here, Sam would often be caught singing alone in the stock room by other employees, for which she was eventually fired. In 2012, she dropped out of high school to try out for America's Got Talent singing the hit song, The Motto by Drake (ft. Lil Wayne). The act featured her friend, Matthew, who rapped Lil Wayne's verse, and the duo eventually began a romantic relationship. After being berated off-stage by Simon Cowell, the two flew to the U.K. to try out for the show's British counterpart, Britain's Got Talent. Thanks to lower standards across the pond, Sam and Matt received the coveted Golden Buzzer from the same Simon Cowell who had voted against them in the U.S., and went on to win the entire competition. With their record deal secured, Sam and Matt traveled the world on a musical tour titled On the Run, a name that Beyonce and Jay Z would later pay the duo for the rights to. At the ripe age of 21, Sam retired her musical career and decided to pursue a track in supply chain management. With the departure of Dhruv Chachra at Benjamin Moore & Co., she was able to secure a procurement internship at which she would meet her friends for life, Joseph Brown and Amanda Kwon. From there, the trio became successful YouTube personalities on the channel The Lunch Break, on which they would review food, discuss pop culture, and fein for the latest jawnz. Each member amassed a large fortune from advertisement revenue and sponsored posts and spent the rest of their lives in New York City, Tokyo, Paris, Dubai, and occasionally Ibiza. Joseph currently works as a traveling artist and often sponsors various up-and-coming musical talents. Amanda is now an internationally-renowned fashion icon who actively lobbies for health care and education reform. Unlike her friends, Sam rejected the lavish lifestyle and went back to work a 9-5 job at an hourly wage of $10.50.
