Sam Stone has followed in his father's and grandfather's footsteps as a performer since the age of 2. He is a Lee Strasberg trained method actor where he also took musical theater. Sam is an accomplished singer. As a little boy, he was a member of the South Bay Children's Choir, then moved on to winning "Best Performer" in his school talent shows he entered, singing pop/rock songs and was invited by the school principal to sing and play guitar at the graduation ceremonies. Winning Battle of the Bands for The Buckley School, as Lead Vocalist with friends and awesome band mates, Evan Stanley - Lead Guitar, Jackson White - Drums, Alex Crane - Guitar. Among the judges were Gilby Clarke, Guns N Roses and Rob Light, Creative Artists Agency. The band also had the pleasure of performing as an opening act for Duff Mckagan (Guns N Roses bass player) and Duff's band "Loaded". The concert was held in the Roy E. Disney Pavilion, at the Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, CA. Sam also opened for Herbie Hancock at the Ikeda Auditorium in Santa Monica with his band Stone's Edge. Sam has had featured and guest starring roles in films, episodic television and national commercials, including The American Film Institute, the Sci-Fi Channel, Nickelodeon, MTV, The Disney Channel, The Disney XD Channel and other Network TV! He's also performed as an actor and a singer on the stages and in the theaters of Hollywood. Sam is a songwriter and has recorded in his home studio and with producers in reputable studios from California all the way to the world famous Olympic Studios in London, England on a project with the band McFly. He is a member of the Hollywood SAG Conservatory and has been invited to become a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He has played benefit concerts for causes such as MADD, Artist Outreach, and teamed up with Habitat for Humanity for the Firestorm Benefit Concerts, and enjoys the fact that he is donating his time and talent to help people. In addition to being a talented performer, Sam is an honor student, a Martial Arts Black Belt, a Calif. State Jr. Olympics Gold Medal winner, and a member of the U.S. Taekwondo Union. While Sam has worked hard at perfecting his talents in the arts, studying/training, auditioning and booking =) he has remained the good person he's always been, a great kid, who loves hanging out with all of his friends, and doing all of the fun things teenagers like to do! He continues to pursue a career in film, television, theater and music, and looks forward to being a major recording artist.
