Sam Kuo-Cheng Tseng was born on January 29, 1968 in Pingtung, Taiwan. He is an actor, known for Acting Out of Love (2020), Pai mai chun tian (2010) and Tua seh kai (2011). He has been married to Kate Liu since April 2005. They have two children.
