Sam Kronis was born in the front room of a flat above a shop in Norwood, South London, to Patricia and John Dully, train driver, (the Kronis comes from Step Father Theodoros Kronis).Sam worked as an Artificial Limb technician till a friend took him one Friday to the Croydon Youth Theatre Organisation, where he stayed for 5 years, performing in A View from the Bridge, The Elephant Man, Last of the Red Hot Lovers and Rope.After more years working with Artificial Limbs and odd jobs including record shops, Natural History Museum Guide and Carpet Salesman, Sam returned to acting after doing two weeks as an extra on Pirates of the Caribbean: Stranger Tides (2010).Since then he has appeared as one of Q's geeks in Skyfall (2012), press photographer in The Crown (2016) and as Himmler in SS-GB (2017).
