Ryan was a member of The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, before training for 3 years at LAMDA. He has had a varied TV, film and theatre career. He played Matthew Thyme, the policeman son of Laura Thyme (Pam Ferris) in Rosemary and Thyme for ITV as well as on-off appearances in Eastenders (BBC) playing Sergeant Kenny Morris. Lots of comedic roles, 'Harry Hill's TV Burp' for ITV and 'Coupling' for BBC. Ryan is a comedy writer with two stage plays to his name. In 2014 He co-wrote the scripts for DAVE TV's "England's Top Footy" series, with TalkSport's Paul Hawksbee. Since 2010 Ryan (along with co-owners Jim Williams, Tim Mackenzie-Smith and Matt Wyllie) has written and produced on a number of film and TV projects for Deadpan Films. In 2014/15 Deadpan Films' latest short film 'Perfect State' has been accepted into various film festivals in the UK and US. Show less «
