Ryan Carter was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. He always loved entertaining even at a young age and Ryan would habitually get in trouble in school for being a "class clown". Being trained in Improvisation, Musical Theatre, and Film, Ryan is an excited young well rounded actor.
