Russell Wayne Groves has produced a wide array of projects including critically-acclaimed features, television shows, and documentary films. Notable works include Balls Out, an epic sports-comedy starring SNL's Kate McKinnon and Beck Bennett, released by MGM/Orion; DEALT, a documentary about Richard Turner (one of the world's greatest card magicians...who is completely blind) that won the 2017 SXSW Audience Award and distributed by IFC Sundance Selects; and The Unicorn, Robert Schwartzman's feature distributed by The Orchard (now 1091) in February 2019.Current projects include The Amazing Johnathan Documentary which premiered in competition at Sundance 2019 and was released by Hulu in August 2019, Robert Schwartzman's 3rd feature film The Argument which is set for a 2020 release, Jump Shot which premiered at SXSW 2019, and Showtime docu-series Action.
