Although he is frequently recognized by fans for his recurring role on the hit series DEXTER - Rudy's body of work includes Stage, Television and Film. A veteran of over 30 commercials, his national spots include working three times each with DGA Award winning Directors like the legendary Joe Pydka, Noam Murro and six times with prolific Craig Gillespie.When not on camera, Rudy could be found honing his improvisation skills at "The Harvey Lembeck Comedy Workshops" with Emmy Award winning Director Michael Lembeck and his sister, veteran actress Helaine Lembeck. Over his 5 year tenure there, Rudy created and developed many of the character personalities used to book many of his roles. Rudy has studied Drama, Scene Study, Comedy and the audition process at the American Film Institute and the Shurtleff Technique with DJ Sullivan.Some of his stage work includes PIPPIN, MAN OF LA MANCHA, and THE WONDERFUL ICE CREAM SUIT.Rudy has also spent time developing a children's live-action, adventure TV show and Film scripts for KID BILLY INC, where he is also a Senior Executive and Head of Development. Out of development came KID BILLY VS THE KIDNAPPERS a children's innovative educational short on abductions that went on to win Telly Awards for "Best Children's Audience", "Best Educational" and "Best Editing".
