Roz graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City where she studied with Sanford Meisner. She appeared on Broadway in Tony nominated "St. Joan" and "Three men on a Horse" for Tony Randall's National Actors Theatre where she worked with Tony Randall, Jack Klugman, Jerry Stiller, Ellen Greene, Michael Stuhlbarg and Julie Hagerty. Her close relationship with Tony Randall continued as he became her mentor and he brought Roz on tour to perform with him in "The Man Who Came To Dinner". She moved to Los Angeles on July 4, 2001 and began studying with Milton Katselas at his Beverly Hills Playhouse where she was his student for over a decade. In 2012 Roz appeared in the Towne Street Theatre's 10 Minute Play Festival where she, along with the rest of the cast, garnered a Broadway World Award nomination. Roz left the Church of Scientology in 2008, and created a one woman musical show about her twenty-three year journey as a member. Titled, "diffiCult to leave" Roz collaborated with co-writers Jake Anthony and Joshua Finkel to create the first ever dramatized show by an Ex-Scientologist about the Church. It was performed November 25, 2013 at Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal Bar in Noho and can be seen in its entirety on Youtube. Roz received a 2014 Broadway World Award LA nomination for Best Female Cabaret Artist for her performance in the show.
