Renato Pires is a Portuguese comedian, actor,producer and film director. He is known for his slapstick humour in film, television and stage. He was originally paired up with Steve Price in 2014, forming the famed comedy team of Pires and Price. Renato became interested in acting when he was the lead in a Chapitô production "When the circus comes to the theatre" in the role of Faust (The Devil). After 3 years Renato finished his degree in Acting and Circus Performing Arts. Renato starts his work as an clown, mime, aerial performer, and actor. His first work as a director was in "Who is it?" (Lisbon, Portugal Chapitô in 2010) and "3 Chairs" (Lisbon, Portugal Theatre Joaquim de Almeida). Renato's first appearance in a Film was in 2013 "Environmental Enforcement".
