Rebecca Brownlee is a deaf actress. She was born in Centreville, Virginia. She moved to New York in 2005, where she attended Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute of Deaf. She was member of NTID Drama Club and in 2005. Her first show was "The Gift Song". She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology & National Technical Institute for the Deaf 2010.
