Ralph was born and raised in Pittsburgh. After a 10 year hiatus (1990-2000), which included 4 years in the US Navy and 6 years living abroad, he returned to his roots. He started doing extra work as a hobby and found that he enjoys it very much. His "real" job is a full time firefighter for the city of Pittsburgh, IAFF local 1.
