Rajshri left a career as media planner to straddle the world of her dreams - acting, An ardent traveller, She is trained in Kathakali, Sword Fighting and Kalari Payattu. She has a vast repertoire of work in theatre and Short films. Her Film credit includes award winning film "Sexy Durga" the film received 6 prestigious awards including Rotterdam Hivos Tiger Award and travelled more than 25 international festival. Another award winning film "Angry Indian Goddesses" as 'Laxmi" . The film received 1st runner up People's Choice award in TIFF and people's choice award in Rome Film Festival . She played a double role in a Malyalam film "Haram" as Ameena and Roopa which released last year and critics praised her work. She did Cameo in "Talaash" and "Kick". Rajshri has a number of exciting films slated to release BBC drama 'Macmafia' Directed by James Watkins, Nandita Das directed film 'Manto', Multilingual film "Eli Eli Lama Sabachthani?". TV work includes 'Kuch to Log Kahenge' and Anil Kapoor's hit TV show 24:India (2014) where she played the character of Agent Veena. She is passionate about her work in the community she has revived a river and built 200 toilets in her adopted drought village in Marathwada. She is part various NGO groups such as Rescue Foundation, Dharavi Diary, Beach-o-Beach cleanup, Boodhnoor Vaidyashala and SOS Papa with whom she worked in Nepal after the Earthquake.
