Rachel Osbourne is the founder of artist services company Isle + Indies, the parent of b/dscvrd casting. The Jamaican-born writer-producer is based in Toronto where she also develops Caribbean audio and screen productions. Rachel was a member of the 2016 cohort of the CaribbeanTales CTI Incubator in Toronto, where she developed and pitched her original pilot, West Bay, during TIFF.
