A Graduate of the 'American Academy of Dramatic Arts, CA' in 1997, Quentin Mark Kaplan is currently a relatively unknown actor/singer/guitarist who has played substantial roles in several films under the direction of Josh Eisenstadt (2003, 2005, 2013-2014). Quentin also has experience on the live theatre stage spanning more than 20 years, in venues from downtown Nashville(in 1994) to the 380-seat market near Mt. Rushmore, at the Black Hills Playhouse(1995 & 1996), to the local stages in and around Hollywood,CA (1998-present).Quentin is known, by some, as a singer and musician. He sang lead for an L.A. dive bar band in the early 2000s, and is known for a pro-quality, unique voice with songwriting and acoustic guitar chops that stem from his early childhood years learning to play violin, piano, and dabbling with other instruments. As a longtime resident of the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas, he continues to maintain a healthy life-balance as an artist and also a real life professional-payroll turned home-remodeling sales-consultant for the last 17+ years (with 'one man shows' performed daily/nightly in homes across Southern California). When not expressing music, song, or 'revealing characters' he can also be found exploring his intermediate 'arm-chair philosopher' role, through travel and research in the fields of anthropology, archaeoastronomy, and epistemology.
