Prince Ital Joe was greatly influenced by the music of Bob Marley. His involvement with the Rastafarian movement has give Joe a sense of pride and a godly outlook on life. Based in the city of Los Angeles, Joe has worked for over ten years performing at private Hollywood parties and clubs. From 1988 to 1990 he worked as a concert promotor in the Carribean for acts like Ziggy Marley. Acting is another venue through which Prince Ital Joe expresses himself. He played a part in Marked For Death. Although Joe didn't appreciate the concept of the movie, he used the opportunity as a learning experience. Joe has just finished writing a movie which he hopes to put into production in the future. In 1993 he teamed up with fellow music star and actor Marky Mark Wahlberg. They released a string of hits in Europe, including the number one smash United and the platinum Happy People. In 1994 an album of duets, Life In The Streets, was released, followed by a live tour in 1995. Show less «
