PJ was born in The Liberties, Dublin, Ireland, in the 70s, to working class parents. His grandparents, work at the famous Guinness brewery, his grandmother a cleaner and his grandfather an apprentice cooper, after returning from the trenches in France, where he lost his brother. PJ drifted into the culinary world for many years as a chef, he cooked in Diplomatic circles in Brussels, Belgium, Chateaux in France and also travelled part of the world cooking on a cruise ship. He now resides just outside of London, England. He has always had a strong interest in the arts, including, Poetry, Acting, back-round work and writing. He is a hard worker and dedicated Father and Husband. He has had many interesting SA jobs under his belt, useful to gain in-depth, behind the scenes knowledge of the industry, which fascinates him. On his first job as an SA, he was given a throwaway line by industry giant Cary Jogi Fukunaga, in Masters of the Air. He believes in starting at the bottom so to speak, to learn the ropes.
