PJ Dillon was born in Listowel, Co. Kerry, Ireland. He is best know for his work on Game of Thrones, The Alienist, Vikings, Penny Dreadful and Strangerland.Winner of the Irish Film and Television Academy Award for Best Cinematography on three occasions, he has also received nominations for Best Cinematography from the British Society of Cinematographers and for Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography by the American Society of Cinematographers.
