Philip has been the Senior Curator at the NRA's National Firearms Museum in Fairfax, VA for over 23 years. He has appeared in dozens of films, TV and Cable productions involving firearms and military history. Additionally he is an author of hundreds of articles on the same subjects for such publications as American Rifleman, American Hunter, Wild West, Guns & Ammo, Surplus Firearms, Military History Illustrated and a host of others.He is a member of the American Society of Arms Collectors and the Company of Military Historians.
