Philip Swift is a law enforcement veteran and actor, who appeared in History Channel's Gangland "Mile HIgh Killers" as himself and is known for his role as the "The Lieutenant" in DFW the Series: Traffikers, Season 2. He holds several degrees, including an MS and PhD in Forensic Psychology. He has also authored several books related to his tenure in Law Enforcement.
