Philip has been compared to the likes of Jim Carrey, Joe Pesci, Steve Martin, Jeremy Piven, and Charlie Chaplin among others. He has the ability to play a huge range of ages and styles. He loves to work with prosthetics and costumes. He can sing and dance (moves well) and vocally ranges from low bass to lyric tenor. He also has training in stage combat including rapier, broadsword, & hand to hand. Stunts include everything from running on all fours as a Chimp in POTA on a conveyor belt being pulled by a truck at 30 mph to prat falls. Philip performs improv regularly at Universal Studios Hollywood.He is also a National award winning drummer and percussionist and enjoys performing with his Father Rick (singer) and brother Pete (loop guitarist/singer/songwriter) on occasion in Milwaukee. He performed as the Zombie drummer "Vic Deadmore" for the comedic Monte Revolta & His Band of the Living Dead all over Southern CA and the open seas for AMC's Walking Dead Walker Stalker Cruise alongside Norman Reedus, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Ross Marquand and more.He also enjoys spending time working on his art, drawing family, friends, cast members, etc. primarily in the style of Al Hirschfeld. He is also a live event painter and wall muralist. His favorites include a psychotic Presidential assassin, Elvis' biggest fan, and a jester in old England. He can be seen as a Red Army Chimp in Tim Burton's "Planet of the Apes", and some of his TV credits include "Nikki", "Reno 911", and "Port Charles". He has been seen in Stephen Sondheim's "Assassins" four times, Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night or What You Will", and cult classic "Little Shop of Horrors" to name a few.He is a graduate of Marquette University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts and Writing. He resides in Los Angeles and enjoys visits home to Milwaukee and his family, Rick, Grace, Jeannine, Peter, Rebecca, Raymond, Patsy, Drew, Jeremy, Richie, Krista, Sammy, Isabella and Gracie...now that's Italian!
