Peter Pham is a Vietnamese - American actor, martial artist, and film producer. Born in Saigon, Vietnam, his childhood dream was to be a martial art action star. Peter's father was a pilot during the Vietnam war and his mother was a teacher.In 1993, his family immigrated to The United States of America, where he attended Savannah State University and Georgia Institute of Technology for Industrial Engineering. Currently, Peter resides in Dallas, Texas.As a child, he played multiple sports including soccer, martial arts and swimming. He was always skilled and passionate in martial arts particularly. At the age of 13, he learned Taekwondo, Hung Gar Kung Fu, and Judo. After moving to Texas, he discovered another passion for Wing Chun Kung Fu and Jeet Kwon Do. In 2000, he then opened up his first Kung Fu school in Dallas, Texas, which housed over 250 students.In 2011, he became viral with many short action films, commercial videos, and martial arts clips, he then started working with many Texans Indie Filmmakers. His passion for movie-making and martial arts grows stronger as he continues to collaborate them to further pursue his dream. He is also the founder of the Saigon Legend Stunt Team in Vietnam, which consists of 25 members.In 2019, he returned to Vietnam to complete two feature films: The Foggy Mountain (Dinh Mu Suong), and The Crawler (Hoa Phong Nguyet Vu). During his 18 months stay in Vietnam, he also choreographed: The Battle of Pupils (Vo Sinh Dai Chien), Sweet Trap (Bay Ngot Ngao), The Crazy Hospital (Benh Vien Nhan Ai), Thick Blood (Bi Cuc) and Oath of Honor (Thien Co Bat Kha Lo), and many more film projects both in Vietnam and the U.S.In his spare time, Peter enjoys working out, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
