Pete Bergen's gift for making people laugh led to comedy writing and performing assignments, enabling him to parlay his bartender day job into a successful career as a stand up comic and actor. He caught the eye of a Casting Director for the FOX Television Network and beat out dozens of contenders for the lead role of "Lewis Rhodes" in the "Hal Atchley" episode of America's Most Wanted (1988) in 2003. After that, Pete caught the bug and began training at the Studio Theatre and The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre where he was invited to their advanced study program. If you see Pete on TV or Film there is a good chance he is playing some sort of military or law enforcement type because..... look at him. He is also an accomplished stand up featuring and headlining at clubs and working with folks like Patton Oswalt, Chris Gethard, Bobcathwait among others. With lots of time in recovery he is also in demand to do comedy at 12 step conventions all over.
