The Artistic Director of the Paul Robeson Theatre at the African American Cultural Center in Buffalo, New York she began her theatre career as a volunteer usher then gradually worked in a wide range of other technical positions that helped to prepare her for her current position. Having directed more than twenty-five stage plays she continues to strive and prepare for an opportunity to direct film. Her technical skills expanded to television where she was a camera operator at WGRZ-TV an NBC affiliate in Buffalo. During her nineteen years her positions ranged from studio assistant to programming director. In 2007 she was given the opportunity to cast her first short film (Table 5). In 2017 she was a Producer for the sci-fi thriller short film "Within The Woods", and in 2018 she was the Assistant Casting director for Blumhouse Productions The First Purge directed by Gerard McMurray.
