Paula Lafayette is a Brazilian actress based in Los Angeles. With a BFA in Theatre Acting and a vast experience in Screen Acting, Paula has acted in over 20 plays and has guest starred in some of the most popular Brazilian soap operas. In 2008, Paula enrolled in the acting program at the New York Film Academy and had her first experience acting in a foreign language. Seeking new opportunities, Paula moved to Australia and made her first international appearance on the national hit TV show "Wonderland" and the popular crime show "Deadly Women". In 2016, Paula permanently moved to Los Angeles and was immediately cast in the James Franco production of the feature film "Dark Hours: Roxana", and, just recently, snatched up one of the lead roles in the upcoming short film "Ashes" directed by the prolific Brazilian TV star and producer Edson Celulari . Paula is also fluent in Portuguese and has been working consistently as a dubbing artist, lending her voice to numerous characters from international soap operas, cartoons, TV series and feature films like the Nextflix hit "The Incredible Jessica James".
