Paul Travers grew up in Middleboro, Massachusetts and currently resides in Manhattan, NYC for the past 12 years. For Paul's 14th birthday, his family bought him a video camera. It was at that time he began writing and filming horror and comedy shorts with his friends around the neighborhood.His writing career began at the age of 17 as the lyricist/singer for Boston hardcore band, Grudge Holder. With his childhood passion for movies, screenwriting was a natural transition that Paul took to with ease.Paul created, wrote, produced and 2nd unit directed his first film OLD 37 in 2012. Given his musical background, Paul also acted as Music Supervisor on the film landing tracks from platinum selling artists such as The Used, Sheppard, Circa Survive and more.In addition to filmmaking, Paul is the general manager of Big Picture Media, a publicity agency based in NYC where he oversees a staff of 20 people.
