This Is Martin Bonner, won the Audience Award in the NEXT section at Sundance in 2013.The Is Martin Bonner, in which Paul was the lead played Sundance in 2013, followed in 2014 with the Martha Stephens/Aaron Katz helmed Land Ho! which was picked up for universal theatrical release by Sony Pictures Classics.Land Ho! won Paul the Best Actor in a Buddy film award at the AARP Movies for Grownups Awards in 2015. The film won the Spirit Awards John Cassavetes Award for best film produced for under $500,000.00. The second year in a row that a film starring Paul has won this category.Paul won Best Actor at the Nashville Film Festival 2013 for his lead role as Martin Bonner in Chad Hartigan's feature "This Is Martin Bonner".
