Working with luminaries of screen and stage, Patrick has come a long way from his humble beginnings in the small village of Kayunga, Uganda in eastern Africa.At age fourteen he became the youngest member of Impact International dance and theatre troupe, performing throughout Europe and the United States. After four years of theatrical study in England, he made New York his theatrical home. There he became a member of the Great Jones Repertory Etc. and worked with such people as Meredith Monk, Ellen Stewart, Ping Chong, Seth Barish, Robert Wilson, Amy Trompetter, Ralph Lee, and Ricardo Kahn. Performing at venues including Lincoln Center, N.J.P.A.C., La MaMa Etc, Ohio Theatre and St. Anne's Warehouse.In film, he was featured in Michael Hoffman's Game 6 and Sydney Pollack's epic The Interpreter. Ssenjovu has honed his skills as a writer and director, and will introduce his short film "Awoken" in 2008. Show less «
