Patrick James Carson moved to L.A. as a young man to pursue an acting career. In the decade he spent there, he expanded to other areas of film production as well. Screenwriting became his primary passion, even though he did go on to direct several small films and the motion picture "Deadly Ritual," which received a direct to video release in the late eighties. In the past two decades, Mr. Carson has focused primarily on writing, both selling and hiring out as a screenwriter. His play "Elevator," which he also directed at Pima College in Tucson, AZ, was just made into the film "9/11" starring Charlie Sheen and Whoopie Goldberg and is being released theatrically nationwide on September 8th, 2017. Video rights were picked up by 20th Century Fox.
