Patrick Appolonia was born in Glen Ridge, New Jersey to Patrick (Sr.) and Carol Appolonia, and was the first of two children. Soon after the birth of his younger brother Michael, the family relocated to Flagler County, FL. From a young age, Patrick had an interest in acting, writing and directing his own short films. He also developed a passion for music, and began performing in local bands by the age of 15. Patrick attended Flagler Palm Coast High School and later, the University of Central Florida, where he studied communications/film.While finishing college, Patrick relocated to the New York City area where he studied acting at the New York Film Academy. It was here that he also developed an interest in screen writing, penning the short film 'Karma' in which he also appeared.Upon graduation, Patrick returned to auditioning while taking some time to hone his comedic skills, studying improv and sketch comedy writing at SAK Comedy Lab (Orlando, FL) and the UCB Theatre (New York, NY).Besides acting/screen writing, Patrick is also an accomplished singer/songwriter.2015: Patrick recently wrapped a feature role in the new Chris Evans vehicle "Gifted" directed by Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer, The Amazing Spider Man).
