She has both acted in theatre and movies. Her first and latest long Film is Cannes, Un certain regard 2016 winner "The happiest day in the life of Olli Mäki" by Juho Kuosmanen. Airola is playing the main femalerole as boxer Olli Mäkis fiancee Raija Jänkä. Her second long¨"Sorceress" will be published on (2017).
