Odette Warder Henderson grew up in a small coastal town, Margate on the subtropical coastline of South Africa. She is of Italian-Dutch-English and Irish decent. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Odette was in a terrifying car accident at the age of 16, with life-threatening complications. She was left handicap when she awoke from the coma and underwent a rehabilitation program of almost nineteen months. Her miraculous recovery stunned several doctors and people all over the world.
