Nour was born in Newton, Massachusetts to Lucia Lopera and Taouffik Milla. When she was three years old, she moved to Colombia with her mother and two younger siblings. She started acting from a young age, by performing in theatre productions during her high school years and being an active member of the Drama Team. Upon graduation, she was presented with an Artistic Merit Award for her outstanding endeavors in the performing arts. In 2007 she lived in Washington DC for six months, where she enrolled in acting class at Nova Community College. That same year she began attending Javeriana University, where she earned a BA in Journalism and PR. In 2013 she moved to Los Angeles to fully pursue her lifelong passion for acting and producing.
