Nonie Newton-Riley was born on April 29, 1950 in Chicago, and trained with Chicago's famed Second City. She is an actress, known for Out of This World (1987). Nonie earned an Emmy for writing and performing "Oh, Art!" for PBS in Chicago. She has appeared in soaps, sit-coms, and hidden camera shows.
