Nicole Gamo is an American actress and dancer who was born in San Francisco, California and raised in Tracy, California. She is the daughter of Ray Gamo, an engineer, and Liza Gamo, a homemaker, both of Filipino descent.Nicole recently co-starred in the romantic comedy "The Love Note" as Heather Rose, whose co-worker is infatuated by her femme fatale character. She also stars in the film "A Hitchhike" as Rachel, an abused girl who ran away from home.Nicole officially began her acting career at age 12, although she danced at talent shows and school events since she was 7 years old. Nicole also competed in dance competitions in high school, and eventually won first place at the Kilusan event held at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California for two consecutive years.Nicole was also active in theater. She was in a production of "Midsummer Night's Dream" where she played Mustardseed, and was a dancer for her school's production of "Grease." Nicole also studied Polynesian dance, hula, and Tahitian, and performed with the dance troupe Siva Polynesian in Central Valley. She has choreographed for many events in the Bay Area, including a concert at Bridges Academy School in San Jose where she prepared a couple of hip-hop dance routines and performed it for the students.Nicole also loves to make people laugh. She is the comedian in her family and amongst her friends. At home, she focuses on school work and currently studies Psychology in college, with a minor in Film. She hopes to utilize both fields, and apply her knowledge and understanding of the human psyche into her future acting projects. Show less «
