Nick Pupo is an American comedian, actor, and musician born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He can be seen in his multi-season recurring role as Carl in AMC's Halt and Catch Fire.In high school Nick played rhythm guitar, bass, and sang in two different bands consecutively, answering his need to perform in front of an audience.Following graduation Nick began a stand-up career in comedy clubs throughout Florida, leading to comedy tours across the southeast, and Midwest. This love of performing led Nick to acting and a move to New York City.It wasn't long before he landed his first role on Halt and Catch Fire. He also worked on video sketches and student films, all while continuing his improv and stand-up career.Nick continues working in film and TV, and tours the country developing his comedy act while on hiatus from HCF.
