Nia recently work on the Jay Baruchel latest film and is known for Donna in Boys vs. Girls and Miya in Mean Queen (2018). Nia played Ginny in the Netflix feature Polar (2019) directed by Jonas Åkerlund and also Risa on Hallmark's Un soupçon de magie: How to Make a Middleton Quilt (2018). Nia is known for Maddy on Dark Haven High (2017) and Pristine on Oh Yuck! (2017) for Channel 7 Australia.In 2015 Nia joined the Vancouver Children's Choir on Falling Skies Season 3 Ep. 3, then again on the Disney movie Descendants, and once again on the ABC TV Pilot Sea of Fire. Nia is proud of her acting roles in her many short films including playing Rayanne in Small Displays of Chaos, a three-time festival selected and nominated short film.For five seasons Nia was part of Vancouver's Bard on the Beach Young Shakespeareans performing in: Wars of the Roses as Gloucester and King Edward IV (2017); in Macbeth as Banquo (2015); in The Winter's Tale as Hermione (2014); in A Mid Summer Night's Dream in the role of Hermia (2013), and as Ariel in The Tempest (2009).Nia was admitted to the Actor's Foundry at the age of 14 to study with Matthew Harrison where she completed her foundation and professional levels training. While in her graduate year with the Actor's Foundry Nia returned to Toronto and she continues her training and participation with the Actor's Foundry Toronto.
