With nearly 20 years of expertise in the entertainment industry focusing on publicity and talent relations, Ngoc Nguyen started her career at South by Southwest (SXSW) and Austin Film Festival before moving to Los Angeles and working for several world renowned companies including Miramax Films, Creative Artists Agency and Paramount Pictures. Within these roles, Ngoc spearheaded publicity campaigns for prestige and tentpole films and, in addition to working closely with high-profile talent, Ngoc managed PR efforts for filmmakers J.J. Abrams, Martin Scorsese, David O. Russell, Brad Bird, Oliver Stone and Robert Zemeckis among others.In 2012, Ngoc started her own Strategy Consultancy and amassed a portfolio that spans a wide variety of entertainment, sports, and philanthropic clients including Google, TEDx, Bad Robot / Good Robot, J.J. Abrams and Katie McGrath Family Foundation, CBS Sports, XPrize Foundation, U.S. Open Championships, PTTOW, Communities in Schools, Taste of Tennis Australia, Screen Actors Guild Awards and Harness.After leading the inaugural TEDxAustinWomen Summit to becoming the #1 TEDWomen Event of the Year, in 2014, Ngoc produced the multiple Award-Winning film "A Brave Heart: The Lizzie Velasquez Story" based on the TEDx bulling victim turned activist. Following that, she was a producer on 'Protect Her,' a docu-series about sexual assault prevention among athletes.As a leading Strategist, Ngoc develops successful campaigns that connect global entities and celebrity influencers to unique and impactful experiences. Using her expertise as both a publicist and a producer, she focuses on opportunities where she can bridge the gap between entertainment, sports and philanthropy. Currently, Ngoc serves as Head of Film and TV for Octavia Spencer's ORIT Entertainment, she is Creative Director and Producer for Google's "Girls in Tech" film series, she oversees PR for The Nelms Brothers and is a Co-Producer on the TV Series "Everyone is Doing Great.
