Ngoc Anh was born in Hanoi, Vietnam, and graduated from Banking Academy with a BA Degree in Product Banking finance in 2012. She began her career in the entertainment industry back in 2007 after getting into the Top 5 of "Miss Viet Nam in the World 2007"; she got the same result in 2012. Her acting debut in Film and Television is in 2014. Since then Vu Ngoc Anh's career has taken off and to date, her credits include the main role in "Quyen" directed by Nguyen Phan Quang Binh (BHD Production Company) and supporting actress in "LoiBao" directed by Victor Vu (Chanh Phuong Production Company).
