Netshia was born in Port-au-Prince,Haiti on March 20th,1999. Then moved to Brooklyn, New York, when she was 6 months old with her mother; her father followed them after. Finally moved to Lexington, Kentucky. She has been dancing at Diana Evans School of Dance since she was 3 years old. She has been singing as long as she can remember. The performing arts has hugely impacted her life and given more confidence in her life. She is at Images Model & Talent Agency. In January 2015 she went to IMTA LA (International Model and Talent Association) where she got a Honorable Mention for both Dance and Voice. The first musical she was in was 42nd Street as a 'Dame' for SCAPA Lafayette High School during her sophomore year. Since then, she has been in many productions locally; Music Man as a Child, A Christmas Carol Musical in the ensemble, starred in a PBS KET show as a French speaking ballet teacher, and was recently an extra for the film "InstaFame".
