An Aries born in Portland, Oregon, Snellman is the daughter of Heidi Snellman, a theater actress and mother, and Robert Doane Hoag a painter. She has one younger sibling Ruben Bansie-Snellman, who is a working actor.Natascha was raised in Portland, Seattle, and Amsterdam, she made her acting debut as a child with a small role in a Dutch Television series.
